UX24/7 Global UXR Newsletter

What's in this Month's issue

Welcome to May's?edition of the UX Crucible! As?usual, we bring?you the best of international User Research,?Research Ops and Product related stories from around the world in the past 30-days.

I was particularly drawn towards NN/g's podcast this month as it involved an interview with Feifei Liu about international research. It is just under 30-minutes long and well worth a listen. NN/g also feature elsewhere as I have included their?free download, which is a one-pager on how to use AI to write a research plan.

And on the subject of downloads, I have included a link to a free report on the state of user research in Africa. this is of particular interest as we are about to run research there! Another subject close to my heart is measuring impact from research. As the results of a scorecard we designed show it is the area most senior research leaders struggle with. So I was interested to read about how agile can be used to measure impact.

Finally you may have noticed that I have changed the approach I'm, taking to sharing conference and events with you. I previously included 5-items per month but I think what would be more useful is a list where you can go and find them all year round. So I created a blog post and will be adding events on a more continuous basis. You can find it here.

I hope you enjoy this months selection of articles and if you have written something you think would be interesting to our readers, do get in touch!
