3 周I hope so. Real UR is critical to defining experiences, not just launching surveys. Nothing can take the place of insight from real people in context. It seems like I'm seeing more service design-ish roles that have UR rolled into them.

3 周+1 on this! When Ux research has a seat we need to demonstrate how easy it is to take data driven decisions with our insights. And usually high quality and concrete outputs for decision makers is key.
