1, Printing Method

UV ink screen printing.

2, Application

It can be used for pretreated PE, PP, PET, ABS and PET adhesive labels, membrane switch etc.

3, Curing Method:

UV curing 100~160w/cmx3pcs.（High pressure mercury lamp）.

4, Property:

Good adhesion, scratch proof.

Glossy, bright color, waterproof, alkali resistance, punch press resistance.

Good leveling with finess.

Eco-friendly with odorless.

5, Printing Instructions:

Mesh: By 120T~165T screen mesh.

During printing, according to the viscority and printing, could add proper ratio thinner.

Wash the screen, keep it clean.

During mass production, in order to keep the printing same effect, the printing ink on the screen should be always updated.

Adjust the distance between screen, squeegee and the substrate, ensure the pressure stable.

6, Attention:

1), After printing it must be fully dry, adjust the speed, to avoid the problem of sticky or bad adhesion.

2), For new substrate, must confirm the adhesion before printing.

3), Do not mix with other brand inks.

4), Ink must be stored at dark and cool place.

5), Do not touch the ink by hand, if touch must clean immediately.
