Utilizing email correctly

As we get more and more immersed into a digital age the more we lose connections. Often times throughout my career I have witnessed the smallest of issues turn into Mount Everest of problems due to not understanding each other. Email can be an effective tool when used correctly, the issue is the way we use email. Nothing beats talking over the phone and understanding someones perspective and then getting on the same page. Hard to do when you lob an email over to someone imposing your views and then waiting your response. This is why I have always stated, email is a way to confirm information not deliver it!
