UW beats a host of other providers as record numbers of customers join our multiservice discount club!
Utility Warehouse (UW) has won Best Customer Service and Best Value for Money at the Uswitch Energy Awards 2024. UW was also runner up in the Overall Customer Satisfaction award, meaning the business was recognised in all three major energy awards given out by Uswitch in 2024.
It is the eighth year in a row that UW, the UK’s leading multiservice utility provider, has won at the Uswitch Energy awards. This year's awards were based on a YouGov survey of more than 15,000 respondents, the largest independent survey in the energy industry.?
Respondents to the survey praised UW for its efficient customer service, with customers saying they were helped quickly from informative advisors. They also praised UW’s good value bundles and competitive pricing. In this year’s awards, UW beat a host of other suppliers including Octopus and Utilita.?

Over the last two years, UW has consistently offered the cheapest variable energy on the market when customers bundle with its other market leading services. UW has also invested in a range of training, support and industry leading technology to enable customer queries to be resolved more quickly and efficiently first time round.?
The award wins reinforce UW’s commitment to deliver both excellent value for money and customer service as the multiservice supplier grew organically by more than 14% during the last financial year, passing the million customer milestone in March.?
