The word "usually"
Your buyers are looking for guidance, direction and crucially: confidence, certainty and expertise when they are dealing with you. The word "usually" implies that their needs are easily met and not as scary or unwieldy as your buyer may believe, it also implies that your solution is more than adequate to meet those needs as you have numerous clients and "usually" this is what we do for them...
So that's it. A simple concept and a simple word, but it can really help convey what your buyers are seeking.
Take Action
When speaking with prospective clients this week, talk about what you "usually" do for other clients and the results they have achieved.
The notion of "usually" implies a level of control and experience that can be appealing to a buyer who is looking for someone to help them meet their needs.
