Many of you who have purchased properties from me over the past five or six years will have noticed that your home values have substantially increased in that time. What does that mean for you? It means that your home is potentially a gold mine, and you can benefit from it in a number of ways. Today I’ll discuss three strategies for putting your home equity to use in ways that benefit you. For instance, by getting a home equity line of credit, you’re essentially borrowing cash against your property, which you can use to pay off credit card debt, home repairs, or other expenses you need to take care of.
