Problem:
One are the most interesting problems of Pakistan is Brain Drain, people who have the Intellect and have the power to change the country, have left the country, these are the people who are now building Middle East, Europe, and United States.
Opportunity:
Facebook is now available in Pakistan free of cost, Facebook has partnered with Pakistani Telecoms and is offering Service to everyone for free, All people have to do now is to take a Smart phone for as low as $20 and put a FREE Sim card inside, And WALA, Facebook works.
Water, Electricity and other daily needs may not be there, but Facebook is.
40 million Plus Pakistanis out of the 200 million are now on Facebook.
Solution:
After working with young Pakistanis for over 6 years, I have found that the problem in Pakistan is no more Illiteracy, Education, or Governance, but the depression and hopelessness, which makes people lose their self-belief, and the nation stands, does not move forward, as they do not have the courage to do so.
To my surprise, this is not something only I discovered but our Beloved Founder of Pakistan, Professor Allama Mohammad Iqbal found the same and called it KHUDI.
The self-belief of our nation is just down to non-existence, and we can fix the country not by spending our dollars to build more schools and hospitals, but by giving the Zakaat of TIME and Knowledge, and TALKING to these common people and sharing our own knowledge to them via Facebook and Youtube.
To me Pakistan does not need MONEY, does not need Atom Bombs, but it NEEDS to learn how to convert every single 200 million of it’s citizen into a more than powerful Atom Bomb Human Being, which has the power to Enlighten themselves the rest of the planet.
With the presence of youtube, and sites like Coursera , Khan Academy and Udmey, we do not need to build more schools, but need to build People to become astonishingly amazing human beings, who are in their own control, who can control their own destiny, and do not have to be slaves of anyone, specially of employers.
Actions ?
- Share and teach what you know in short 3 min each broken down videos in all the languages that you know and upload them on facebook and youtube.
- Become an elder brother and sister of 10 Pakistanis who are still in Pakistan via Facebook to guide them to become a great human being.
- When someone asks for advice, do not give them on one to one platforms, but make a video and share it with them and others so many many more can also learn from you.
- Boycott Negativism from your own life, by not wasting time on content on tv which does not help you grow as a human being, stop sharing any content that you find does not empower you or others on social media.
- Do our own job with full honesty, dedication and to try to be the BEST among all by spending our own time in LEARNING more about our own subject via the online content available.
I believe if we keep on doing this along with what we are already doing, we will not be have to worry about most of our problems.
