I have had the opportunity to speak with so many people in manufacturing regarding the difficulty of keeping and finding good frontline workers. I realize there are so many factors that go into maintaining and hiring people, however, showing them you have created an environment where people and technology are balanced so they can safely perform at their best can be a differentiator.
