Using SuperYacht Networks to promote your service
I'm inspired by technology. I always have been. I tend to spend months researching new tools and software platforms. They have to look great, they have to be constantly changing and improving, and they have to be adaptable to many different business functions.
I had been using another platform for Superyachters but the company changed to a new release and didn't provide a migration of user data from one to the other. This was just crazy and when I told them, they said they would try and provide a tool. A year later, with plenty of promises but nothing delivered, I decided to move on. We need to constantly change and adapt in any market but even more so in the 2020s where industries are being wiped out if they're not adapting.
When one door closes another one opens, and I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel, with and selected a new software platform. It ticks MOST of what I need, though has limitations in areas such as giving audiences a sneak preview of what's inside, before they join up, and other small items like that. So when I spoke to the Product Manager last year, I realised that this is a software team that know what they're doing and have a solid upgrade and release schedule ahead to keep one step ahead.
There are some great functions that I haven't used yet such as POLLS, COURSES and AMBASSADOR REWARDS. These will all be adapted as we grow and help to provide even more engagement. Providing sneak previews is on the product wish list so that is likely to come along soon too.
So we're here, we're off the ground and we have our first 25 or so members who I'm delighted with and I'm hoping to see many more as we slowly but surely tell more people, invite our networks, share some articles like this one, and start to see how SuperYacht Networks can fit in with your marketing plan for 2021.
Tomorrow, is the first event I've created and I'm looking forward to it. Setting it up was simple and elegant. It was easy for people to join, easy for reminders to be sent out and connecting to my free zoom account was a breeze.
