Using Summer to Explore New Things and Transform Your Life is a Thing
I have been reflecting a lot about what I want my life to look like when I turn 50. I can count the years on one hand. Time flies. I feel like I have aa lifetime worth of living to do in under five years. No pressure.
On Sunday, November 5, 2023, NYC marathon Sunday, something happened to me that made my life flash before my eyes. I promised myself to be mindful to be present and live more fully.
Yet here I am lying like a monk. Kidding not kidding.
