I've been asked to come back to DF15 to present an update to last year's presentation at Dreamforce on the "Non-negotiables" of creating a world-class sales organization and how Salesforce helps make this happen. Last year's presentation was really well received...this year they have me speaking twice.
We have some awesome material to help every Sales Leader move the needle...tactics that have helped organizations win awards, set records and crush quotas. While most people will find the tactics around coaching to be innovative and helpful, none of the tactics will be as innovative as HireVue's latest integration with Salesforce: automating the Sales Gong.
Our engineers came up with SmartGong in what has to be the coolest integration with Salesforce to date. Every time a salesperson markets a deal as "Closed-Won" in Salesforce, #SmartGong lets the company know that we just rang the cash register. Depending on the deal size, #SmartGong rings 1, 3, or 5 times. Yesterday we had the largest mid-market deal close in HireVue history and #SmartGong made it known with 5 gongs heard round the office.
