Getting Started: The Library is a Progressive Web App, which means there’s nothing to download or install, but the process is different depending on whether it’s viewed on a desktop or a mobile device.

3. Mobile device: Using your phone's Browser, Login Here. Be sure to SAVE it on your phones Home Page.
4. Login: After you login for the first time be sure to click “notify me” regarding Push Notifications.
