Lamps Plus has a customer-first approach. That means understanding our customers’ needs in each step of their journey.
As part of this, we’ve developed a unified view of the customer. We are learning their preferences not only from what they do on our website, but also how they interact with our stores. This provides us with the ability to customize their experience with us across channels and on our website. This holistic view of the customer provides us insights that our teams regularly use to our advantage. We regularly promote more personalized experiences to our customers, which has helped increase our overall marketing profitability.
