Creating behavior change is no easy task.?
So when Rebecca Crouse Kelley of Waterford.org approached me about a change she wanted to facilitate in one of her teams, I knew we had a lot of work to do.?
I often interview people on the podcast who talk about their processes, their observations, or even lessons they’ve learned. But episode 116 of the podcast is special.
We get to talk to one of my clients and hear how we worked together to achieve their goals.?
It’s a case study of sorts.?
We're taking a closer look at how my team at Skill Masters Market partnered with Rebecca's team at Waterford to address their unique needs.
?An attorney and community builder, Rebecca is a skilled executive who has devoted her career to philanthropic advocacy, supporting education, health, and equity, and advancing programs for children and youth from cradle to career.?
As Waterford's Executive Vice President of Advocacy, she is responsible for advancing Waterford's mission and growth within philanthropic, government, and public spheres.
I could not have asked for a better partner than Rebecca and the results speak for themselves.?
Here's what happened.
Learning Needs Analysis
I partnered with Rebecca and her team to identify what was currently happening and what the ideal future state would be.
We then created a blended learning cohort model to kick off this transformation.
