Using AI to improve Productivity at grass root level

AI is developing at a rapid pace. Some companies are using them well while many more are waiting to start in a practical way.

Indian Companies normally are not used to work in a disciplined manner. They do not use any SOPs, there is no one way of working. Our companies are mainly existing for today. The business growth opportunities are good. So, our companies are focusing on growing.. somehow..

If they want to take benefit of Software and AI, we need to become much more data oriented. We need to become more system oriented. We need to look at business from slightly long term point of view. Not just from this month's sales and profits.

I am coming out with a series of videos that will highlight some basic uses of AI in day to day business.

Most of these are very low cost and companies can use them easily.

While there can be bigger uses of AI in a company's working, we can start with small. But even these small uses can give a huge improvement to the companies !
