AI provides you with predictive analytics to give you a good idea of what type of content resonates most with each account, helping marketers to deliver relevant messages at the right time. The deeper your level of personalisation is, the better.

AI-powered CDP software collects and examines customer information from different places to create a complete picture of each customer.
