Tokenized projects list their tokens in centralized exchanges to increase the possibility of raising funds and facilitating transactions for traders. CADINU project has also tried to help the growth of CADINU by listing CADINU on Latoken. Before listing CADINU on LaToken, we researched it, to find out how reliable this exchange is. The basis of our research was CoinGecko/ CoinMarketCap sites and the opinions of Latoken exchange users. The result of the research at that time showed us that the Latoken exchange is reliable. So, with the cooperation between the two teams of CADINU and Latoken, CADINU was listed on the Latoken exchange on February 2, 2022.

The CADINU smart contract has a 10% tax fee on the BSC that is used for automatic token burning, automatic reward distribution to holders, and CADINU marketing and development. This has caused some confusion as users do not realize that the Latoken exchange charges them an additional 11% fee for CADINU withdrawals. Users assumed that 10% of that fee is related to CADINU's tax on the BSC.

On July 16, 2022, After a few weeks of investigation, I realized that the 11% fee charged by the Latoken exchange has nothing to do with CADINU's 10% Tax on the BSC. This 11% fee is taken by Latoken directly from their users' accounts on Latoken. At first, I thought it was an accounting mistake. I hoped that after I reported this to Latoken, the problem would be immediately fixed and they would perform an audit and return the tokens to their users and us.

There also was another accounting mistake. CADINU tokens accumulated in the Latoken wallet due to the"holding reward" of CADINU's smart contract. CADINU has detected Latoken's wallet as a holder, so Latoken's wallet has been receiving a holding reward from each CADINU token transaction on BSC since February 2, 2022. Between these 2 avenues, the CADINU team did the math and found out that in total LaToken has unfairly accumulated over 1 quadrillion CADINU Tokens. These tokens belong to Latoken users and the CADINUCOMMUNITY. These issues could have been resolved quickly and by our two parties.

Here are the reasons Latoken is acting like a corrupt exchange.

1. CADINU had a similar problem with the Dex-Trade exchange, but it took only two days from the time the problem was reported to the exchange team to the time the problem was fixed, and the audit was completed in less than two weeks. I appreciate Dex-Trade's willingness to address these issues. But it took more than two months from when we reported the problem to Latoken until they acknowledged it. Then after three months of negotiations, the Latoken exchange officially claimed that it has the right to receive any percentage it chooses as a withdrawal fee.

2. Latoken officially announced, they don't want to reimburse its users and our rights.

3. Latoken exchange offered us a service to compensate for the loss, which was worth less than $7000, while the value of the tokens that Latoken should return to us was more than $200,000.?This showed they acknowledged they violated the rights of their users and the CADINU project, and they wanted us to accept a bribe from them to ignore this issue.

4. One of the senior employees of Latoken exchange, a few days ago, directly told me that he left Latoken because of similar problems at Latoken.?Latoken has done this with many projects, violating the rights of its users and projects, while unjustly profiting from them.

5. Latoken exchange, after our insistence for an audit and compensation, blocked our accounts on Twitter and did not respond to any of our emails and messages on Telegram. This is exactly what scammers do.

6. If the fee for CADINU withdrawals from Latoken was set correctly, why did they change the percentage to 1% immediately after our protest?

These six reasons show that LATOKEN is a corrupt exchange created like a spider web to trap users and projects. They claim that we have whitelisted their wallet and the withdrawal fee is zero in BSC. Here I remind you again that CADINU's smart contract code does not have any Features for whitelisting. Programmers can check the code, and those who can't read the codes can check the withdrawal transactions of CADINU from Latoken's main wallet after correcting the withdrawal fee and before that. Now, my question to CG, CMC and similar platforms is whether you should pave the way for violating the rights of others by continuing to provide services to such a corrupt exchange? or, should you Prevent the spread of corruption, by creating facilities such as the degree of trust by users?

I ask the crypto media, influencers and bloggers, should you ignore the growth of this corruption with silence? or. should you prevent the continuation of this wrong process with enlightenment?

And finally, I ask the users of Latoken and projects whose rights have been violated by this corrupt exchange, should we not try to reclaim our rights from this corrupt CEX and make it polite?
