The users of Escali Financials replied to the yearly user survey during December 2023.

Stacc Escali most likely has the most satisfied users within Treasury and Portfolio Management systems.

We continually strive to enhance user satisfaction year after year. According to the recent survey:

74% of respondents report being Extremely or Very satisfied with Stacc Escali as a provider.
89% express satisfaction with the support response time, which is a slight increase from the 2022 survey (86%).
Regarding the professional competence of the support team, 77% indicate they are either Extremely or Very satisfied.
