User Password Policy & Add Bulk Users

This article continues series of Article 4 that is “User Management in Office 365” now this article is based on office 365 user password reset and password policy, and Add bulk users.
- Go to office 365 admin center
- Go to active users
- Select one user you have seen three options reset the password, Block Sign-in and Delete user
- Select Reset password
- Select Let me create a password and select Reset
- You can set strong password 8-16 characters with upper case, lower case letters, symbols, and numbers.
- You can block your organization user because when user name or password is compromised by someone else.it stops someone can signing as a user. Blocking doesn’t mean delete a user data or receiving email. Only admin can unblock a user.
- Select block sign-in and block the user form sign-in
- Go to Active users
- Select user > Delete user
- You cannot delete Product licenses if you want to delete product licenses then go to billing>subscription then select add or remove licenses.You can restore your organization user in 30 days.
You can Implement Password Policy of your organization
- In office 365 admin center go to Home > Security and Setting
- By default pass never expire 90 days and 14 days before you notified expire
- You can set max 14 to 730 days that pass never expire and notified expire days 1 to 30 days.
Add a bulk a user’s in office 365
- Go to office 365 admin center
- Users>active users
- Export CSV file
Step 2
- Add a user’s details in CSV file
Step 3
- Go to More>Import Multiple users
- Upload yours .CSV file
Final Step
- verify your file information
- Assign product licenses of the bulk user if you don’t want then click next
Last one view your result in this way you have upload bulk users and you have saved your time and gradually it affects your working performance
