Use the Windows Security app
In some cases, PCs capable of running TPM 2.0 are not set up to do so. If you are considering upgrading to Windows 11, make sure your device has TPM 2.0 enabled. Most retail PC motherboards that make their own PCs, for example, ship with TPM are shut down by default, although it is almost available for activation.
Use the Windows Security app
Run Settings> Update & Security> Windows Security> Device Security

If you see a difference in the description of the security processor under Security Processor, select it and verify that your specification is version 2.0. If it is less than 2.0, your device is not compatible with Windows 11.
Option 2: Use the Microsoft Management Console.

Type "TPM.msc" (do not use quotation marks) and click the enable button.
If you see a message that a "Compatible TPM cannot be found," a TPM may be disabled on your PC. If you are able to enable TPM, then complete the next step to verify that it is a TPM 2.0.
If you see a message confirming that TPM is ready to use, see the specification version under TPM Manufacturer Information to verify
