I finally finished my book! USE SOILS: How to Improve Anything in Ten Steps

It all started about 5 years ago, when I pondered the question, can the scientific method, the continuous improvement process, and the problem-solving methodology, that I have used successfully for years in organizations big and small, can those things be applied to a single person? Can I use the continuous improvement method of Plan Do Check Act on myself? Can I take all of the things that work for leading a team and making a business profitable, can the same strategies work on a personal level, for leading a family and making yourself more profitable? The answer is, yes it absolutely applies at an individual level. I came up with a 10 step process that is for continuous improvement at a personal level, and then I spent two years trying to do everything I could do find flaws in it, and to disprove that my process did not work. I couldn't do it, so I ran it by people smarter than me, and they said I was on to something, so we tested it out, and got amazing results time after time. I wrote this book because I have to share this process with as many people as possible so that they can achieve the things they envision for themselves.

I have been blessed over the years to work with amazing clients, who became amazing friends, and have influenced and supported me in various ways. To every company that trusted me as a consultant to improve their processes and develop their people, I thank you, and this book definitely has inspiration from what I have learned working with you and your organization.

I was blessed to work on a few different projects with them, and learned sooo much, they were a big inspiration for me writing this book. They provided me with a missing piece, and help me see the importance of whole person health, and their Seity System coupled with this USE SOILS process has absolutely astonishing and delivers results immediately.
