Do you use resistant bands during your exercise routine?
The main reason for using resistance bands is that they provide exercise variety, prevent cheating and will challenge your endurance.

I am writing this blog to share with you my exercise routine, as I have started to use resistance bands within my strength and toning workout. During the lockdown for Covid, I researched ways to work out and this was when I decided to buy a set and start to use them. I have attended some yoga classes where they use yoga belts to help stretch and keep in position.
As a fitness photographer, I like to ask personal trainers that I follow or have worked with for any advice on any equipment I may start to use.
