Use Prison Workout Equipment to Develop a Balanced Fitness Routine
Develop a weekly workout plan to keep your inmates engaged and in a regular routine. When developing a balanced fitness plan, you should incorporate strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to help inmates stay on track. Regularly scheduled workouts that incorporate the three main pillars of physical fitness will encourage inmates to stick with the routine if they can see progress in their results.
A weekly schedule doesn't have to include complex exercises. Start off with simple, effective exercises that can be modified depending on the inmate's fitness ability. This will encourage participation from a wide range of inmates, with the hope that they will want to stick with it after the initial class.
