Let me explain this.

How do we commonly curate content using ChatGPT?

We give it a prompt.

So, a basic prompt for curating a content would go like "I am writing on AI courses. I want you to write an article on "How AI can help us to find leads for our social media marketing?"

Fair enough?

Now, AI will give you an article and then you can tweak it a bit, add some more prompts and you are done!

NO.

This is not how you use ChatGPT to curate content for you.

This is ethically wrong!

You cannot copy a content generated from GPT and claim it to be your own.

Here's what you can do instead!

1. Learn from GPT

We all admire someone's work, right?

Whenever I read an article written by my CEO or COO, I am awestruck. I always feel that how are they doing this? How can they write perfect articles each and every time?

You can't ask them?

Ask GPT instead.

Paste any article you like on GPT and give it a prompt to analyse the writeup for you. You'll be surprised by the analysis.

Example: "Hi, this is an article written by my senior. I love his writing style. I want you to analyse it for me and also to teach me how I can incorporate these in my write ups."

It will tell you everything right or wrong with the article.

You will know what you are including in your articles henceforth.

2. Get your articles reviewed

Wrote an article?

Before sending it for approval, you want a review?

GPT can come to your aid.

Just copy paste your article. Provide a context to GPT and ask it to review for you.

Example: "I work as a content writer for _____. I am curating a course on _____. I am writing a chapter for the same course. The title of the chapter is _________. This is the chapter that I have written [paste your chapter here]. I want you to review my chapter and tell me how I can improve the quality. Please explain in detail."

GPT is super efficient in doing this! It will review you entire content. Provide you feedback.

You can incorporate the feedback and voila! you are done!

3. Change tonality

Your article is ready!

But, you feel it's not very conversational and might bore the readers!

You can take GPT's help to adjust the tonality according to your preference.

Example: "I am writing this article for college students. I want to maintain a friendly approach in my writeups. Can you please change the tonality of the articel given here [paste your article here]"

Whether you want some emotions to play or you want it to keep strictly professional, GPT can do it for you.

You just need to give it a prompt.
