Here are some of Mural's unique tactics that you can replicate:

  1. Leverage your customers to drive revenue: Your customers are natural advocates of your solution and can be great support systems for bringing in new deals. Consider launching a customer champion program to harness this growth.
  2. Nail your use-cases: Focus on defining distinctive use cases that cater to the requirements of your audience. Create content around these use cases for each stage of the customer journey to build trust and make sure you are answering questions before they even come up.?
  3. Don't downplay team bonding: Your GTM team should be a strong unit – working together towards a common goal. But it's easy to forget how much team bonding can do to bring everyone together and improve collaboration. Tie in fun activities for the entire GTM team to get to know one another outside of day-to-day tasks.?
  4. Lean into the channels that work: Dive into your data to really understand what channels are bringing in the best results and double down on those. Some of the biggest growth channels that work well for B2B Marketers have been SEO & LinkedIn.
