A common question we hear is about how to better understand our business ways of working and get more value out of the Use Cases we develop.??We are pleased to announce a new initiative that focuses on leveraging Use Case models holistically across the entire product lifecycle to ensure every activity in the enterprise’s PDLC is connected to the goals of the business and the customer being served.??We believe when Use Cases are used in this way, the PDLC becomes a self-reinforcing engine to develop impactful products that sustainably deliver value, not just a series of isolated events and activities that push features and deliverables through a pipeline.

Leading this effort are?Bernie Clark ?and?Jeff Hallett , both of whom have had extensive experience in applying use cases comprehensively across the entire development lifecycle to deliver innovative products and services in challenging sectors such as finance, non-profits, and medical systems.
