1.1 Bearing cooling water is interrupted. 1.2. The light sign of mechanical failure of the side disc water wheel indicates that the instrument temperature of bearing temperature rises and the signal relay operates. 1.3. The black needle coincides with or exceeds the yellow needle in the thermometer disc (expansion type thermometer). 1.4 Oil degradation, oil itself is not clean or oil degradation in operation, such as the increase of water in the oil will cause oil acid increase, will reduce the lubrication effect of oil, so that the bearing bush is corroded, resulting in the bearing temperature rise.

Approach:
2.1 Check whether the water pressure, water flow and pipeline system of cooling water are normal.If the water is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be treated in time, the filter can be shut down for treatment. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use again. 2.2 Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, it may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close. 3.3. Take oil samples to observe whether there is any change in oil color, and test them to see whether they are deteriorated.If the deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be shut down and replaced with new oil.
