USDCHF Is The Big FX Bull

Wow what a run! The USDCHF is starting off the trading week blasting through resistance. Yields are pressing new highs, and it is helping to fuel USD strength across the board. The market is just below Key Resistance at the 0.9160 Multi-Month Directional Pivot Level. This would be a good area for the market to digest the steep slope of the current rally.

If the Bulls can sustain a trade above the 0.9160 level, then it would be a good indication that the trend remains in full swing. 0.9345 and 0.9539 are the extended upside targets if Yields remain in an aggressive Bull posture too. A correction is overdo, but there is no sign of slowing down today. If there is a sharp turn in Yields it would be a good idea to tighten your Stops on any Long trades. If the rates pull back the same should happen in the USDCHF as well.
