United states of America is very different than any country on this earth. This country has more characteristics of an ambitious giant organization than the typical characteristics which makes a country.
They understood the power of talent very early and put in spirit. The whole country is dominated by talented immigrants rather than native Americans.
- Immigration happens on the basis of need rather than blindly adding people as Canada or Australia going through today (May be they are trying to replicate the success of USA). So the net population of country never goes up drastically and standard of life is maintained.

If any organization has to grow leaps and bounds then the utmost important thing is the quality of talent. No company can build/develop A class product with B or C grade talent . - USA as organization has subsidiaries like Apple , Google , Tesla , Facebook , Microsoft and many more who attracts the best of talent . Eventually these entities will ensure that the best AI or Machine learning based products will be build in USA , because these companies will create shortage of talent across the world in these areas of booming technologies. They take decision what products to manufacture within country and what to import. It will be rare to find products manufactured within country if it generates lot of pollution, example any plastic products or cheap ingredients like amines etc.
