New petitions for workers for the late second half of FY 2024 will begin on April 22, 2024. Workers requesting employment start dates from May 15 to September 30, 2024, will be applicable for the round of petitions. 5000 visas under this allocation are restricted to workers with H-2B visas issued or held status from 2021 to 2023.?
