Ahead of the first 2024 presidential debate, 25% of Americans hold unfavorable views of both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. That is the highest share expressing negative views of both major candidates at about this point in the election cycle in any election in recent history.
Voters who support Biden and Trump have starkly different opinions on social and cultural issues. Yet in many cases, Biden and Trump supporters are themselves sharply divided.

5 个月It is interesting to see this research. It is also not a surprise to me as a psychotherapist. What is confusing though is why both parties don't seem to be paying attention to this and have not done anything about finding a new candidate for both sides. It is never too late, and our country sorely needs a leader. We have not had a good one for a long time and we won't going forward with this election either.
