US Tech Series A deal pace was essentially flat from November to December. When adjusting for 10-year historical seasonality, it is still essentially flat. It is worth noting that the Crunchbase data used here is based on rounds that are announced, rather than when they are completed, so this is a bit of a rearview mirror look at the data. December certainly felt busier than this data would imply.
