Michael Gibson

Michael has been a director of Kay & Burton since 1985 and was held the position of Managing Director from 2007 to 2019. With some 40 years experience marketing quality properties, Michael has achieved outstanding results and is recognised for his consummate professionalism. His attention to detail, his well-honed negotiating skills and his refined and tailored approach, have earned him not only the respect of clients, but the industry itself.

Robert Fletcher

Robert’s attention to detail, integrity and client-centred approach, combined with a fierce desire to succeed means he is prepared to go the extra miles to ensure his clients achieve their property dreams. Discretion and bespoke service come naturally to Robert, who has teamed with Michael Gibson. He believes Kay & Burton, with its reputation as the home of Melbourne’s premium real estate, and its culture of excellence and service is a natural fit for him.

Rae Mano

Excellence and luxury have been the hallmarks of Rae Mano’s career. Rae joined Kay & Burton after achieving national awards in the the luxury automotive sector from the likes of brands such as Porsche and more recently Ferrari. Rae is now part of Michael Gibson and Robert Fletcher’s team in our South Yarra office. Naturally competitive and quick to identify market trends, Rae thrives under pressure. He understands the importance of being agile and adapting to new conditions rapidly. Being very much a people person, Rae values personal interactions, and provides an excellent level of service to ensure and maintain strong genuine relationships with clients. 

Chloe Werden

With an eye for detail and love of project management, Chloe is a valuable member of the Kay & Burton team. Prior to joining Kay & Burton Chloe spent eight years in corporate marketing and sales, in the retail and luxury automotive fields. Working in marketing for Maserati Melbourne and most recently, Lexus Australia, Chloe managed national sponsorship and events and built brand awareness focusing on customer engagement and loyalty. She joins Michael Gibson’s team at Kay & Burton’s South Yarra office working alongside Robert Fletcher and Rae Mano. Her role includes sales, client management and developing marketing strategies. Chloe recognises Kay & Burton’s reputation as leaders in luxury real estate and the loyalty the company inspires from its clients. She regards building positive relationships with clients as they sell their home and ensuring their needs are met as a key part of her role. With her proven success in developing winning campaign strategies, her experience in both sales and marketing and her ability to thrive under pressure, Chloe is an invaluable asset to the team.
