Company's Policies (terms& conditions):

Please keep the area clean at all times. Children are welcome & must be with a responsible adult at all times (company will NOT be HELD responsible for any injuries that may arise to any of our guests). Please make your booking one week before the date of arrival. Special discounts are taken into consideration for ONLY large group of guests. Children are allowed ONLY with RV responsible adults. NO CHILDREN allowed in the Camping Tents Category (exception special cases only authorized by MGMT). Special discount of 10% of the total amount price are applied to educational tours ONLY. Special consideration of discounts is given to such cases as Universities' Medicinal Research Programs (NEED to consult with mgmt.) ONLY domestic pets are allowed (No fees applied). Moderate social events can take place (please notify ahead of time). We provide camping tents, or guest can bring their camping tents as well. Applied Tour fees of $30.00 USD+12.5%GST (half-price for Belizean) (MUST be Given (2) WORKING HOURS TO ALL GUESTS) must pay for each tour on site or activities such as horseback riding, birdwatching, medicinal tours, walking nature trails tours, etc. (Apply ONLY on site) or any sort of activity of such nature. ALL PAYMENTS are Non- Refundable Policy. The company will NOT be HELD responsible for any lost or stolen item from the guests. Non-smoking & smoking policy are applied ONLY on authorized areas. All Guests are welcome once they behave well. Company will ONLY be operating during summertime in Belize. Guest can book through our vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Vrbo etc. or via any of our business social medias/or at the company's office. Guest must notice ahead of time that they are going to an upgrading horticulture, livestock & medicinal "Vaca Plateau Maya Mountains Rainforest FARM" so don't expect luxury or comfort. Guest must bring appropriate jungle clothing and jungle walking shoes, hats, sunglass, mosquitos spray-off etc. NO laundry services provided. No electricity provided. “Traditional bathroom" provided at your stay. Guest interaction & security provided 24/7. ONLY Paid Wi-Fi available (you need to bring your smart cell phone & extra battery). ALL Guests must report to the managers or at the company's office on the DATE of arrival. ALL Guests need to sign a "guest book review" at the FARM on date of departure. On every January 26th Promotion of 50% WILL BE Given to ALL GUESTS with no exception. By staying at our farm place, you give us the right to use your image for any of our future advertisements. All Guests must adhere, acknowledge & agree BEFORE the date of arrival to the horticulture, livestock & medicinal Tropical Rainforest Campsite & FARM Company's policies (terms& conditions).

About Us:

Mama Tina's Medicinal RV Campsite & Farm is a unique venture that combines recreational camping with wellness tourism. Located behind Mopan Technical High School in Benque Viejo Del Carmen Town, Belize. The campsite offers RV spaces, camping grounds, and a variety of wellness activities centered around medicinal plants and holistic healing. The farm cultivates medicinal herbs and fruit trees, and organic vegetables & fruits, providing fresh ingredients for on-site wellness treatments and products. The business aims to cater to health-conscious individuals seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in the fresh tropical rainforest livestock, horticulture and medicinal farm place.

Booking Policy:

Arrival

Time: Before 3:00pm

Departure Time: 9:30am-10am

All guests need to sign a "guest book review" on the date of departure at the FARM.

All guests must agree with company's terms and condition (policies) before the date of arrival to our Campsite & Farm.

Applied fees to our tent campsite & Tour package on site:

Price per person & per night (non-Belizean):

Adult: $12.500 USD+12.5GST%/Children: $7.00USD+12.5GST/Belizeans Adult & Children- half price+12.5%GST.

Prices of activities on site/Tour package on site:

Applied fees of $30.00 USD +12.5GST (half-price for Belizean+12.5%GST) must pay for each tour or activities on site such as Vaca Plateau Maya Mountains (nature view) agri-tourism, birdwatching, horseback riding, medicinal tours, walking nature trails, etc. or any sort of activity of such nature.

All payments must be made (1) day before the arrival date. Applies to the following category: Camping Tents Campers and guests that orders tour activities on site such as agri-tourism, horseback riding, medicinal tours, livestock tours and walking nature trails tours.

Tina"

to honour our late grandmother's herbalism

medicinal legacy. Our late grandmother Mama Tina was a "traditional healer" in our friendly and beautiful town.

Tina served our hometown by healing children, women with only using her special herbalism

methodology-tropical rainforest medicinal healing plants and flowers.

beautiful "cool", and friendly town of Benque

Viejo Del Carmen, Belize. Our names are the following:
