I came across this chart and data on Labor Shortage from Bloomberg and was so astounded by it that I felt compelled to share this info with you. For the first time in 30 years there are now more jobs available than candidates to fill them. If this alarming data impacts your workforce today, or your future plans for growth, then you need to rethink your Human Capital Supply Chain assumptions.

6 年There is a lot of variations behind this chart! Data says everything, and employee shortage can be analysed in different sides, company’s that don’t want to shape candidates because takes time to have someone which is truly inside the organisational culture which means money & the candidate side which feels empowered by the number of job opportunities and feels that have time to choose and play in the market! Thanks for sharing this Tim Giehll
As for macro-economic problems to have. I’m all for full labor engagement, versus high unemployment.
