DPR Construction

Consistently ranked one of the nation's top healthcare builders, DPR has completed $13 billion in healthcare construction projects. DPR Construction crews recently celebrated the topping out of the?Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital?expansion project in Wildomar, CA. The new seven-story patient tower will support Riverside County’s growing population.

Turner Construction

With an annual completion of over 300 projects, Turner's healthcare group applies global best practices making them a market leader. One of their current projects - a $1.79B Joint Venture is well underway. The new 1.9 million-square-foot inpatient tower at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is 60% complete and remains on track for an early 2026 opening.

Gilbane

Gilbane have completed healthcare construction projects across the US, with completed projects including:

Gilbane are currently a part of the largest healthcare project in Indiana’s history - IU Health New Downtown Indianapolis Hospital.?This ground-breaking project encompasses a massive 2.5 million square feet, 17 stories high, and boasts 850 patient beds, rivalling the size of Lucas Oil Stadium.?

Brasfield & Gorrie

In terms of the volume of healthcare construction projects completed in 2022, Brasfield & Gorrie secured the top spot as the leading general contractor in Modern Healthcare magazine.

With a dollar volume of $1.3 billion, the company claimed the number one position on the general contractor list for healthcare construction. Throughout the past year, Brasfield & Gorrie successfully constructed over 3.1 million square feet of healthcare facilities.

Brasfield & Gorrie are joint venture on the new $450 million care tower on the campus of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The 350,000 sq ft tower and 100,000 sq ft of renovated space will house an upgraded adult emergency department, a sterile processing department, state-of-the-art operating rooms, enhanced adult ICU rooms, and support services.

JE Dunn

JE Dunn is has consistently ranked in the top 10 ENR Healthcare contractors for the last decade. Healthcare construction makes up over 35% of the organizations total volume of work worth over $6B+ in last 5 years.

Last week, JE Dunn broke ground on the new Tampa General Hospital Behavioral Health Hospital in the heart of Tampa’s medical district. The facility will serve as Florida’s first and only freestanding academic medical and behavioral health hospital in Florida. It is planned to be approximately 83,000 sq. ft. with 96 to 120 inpatient beds and will be dedicated to providing mental health services to Floridians.

Robins & Morton

Robins & Morton has dedicated itself to constructing some of the foremost healthcare institutions in the nation for over 50% of their existence. This encompasses everything from hospitals and refurbishments within operational facilities, to autonomous outpatient centers and facility enhancements.
