If the United States (US) were really a great democracy, would the world consider it the greatest threat to peace?

If the US were really a great democracy, would it have 800 military bases around the world, while 38 million of its own citizens live in poverty, and 201 million live from paycheck to paycheck?

If the US were really a great democracy, would it be supporting the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine against international law?

And, if the US were really a great democracy, would it have ignored 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
