While I was not in attendance my alumnae daughter was

…in discussing Mattis's impressive acumen.

Asked a pertinent question:

Why Isn’t someone like the General running for President?

Hmmmm….

She best describes the coming November 2024 Event as the “Sophie’s Choice” Election ?

As we wax and wane about the particulars about how awful both candidates are

……especially for “buttoned up” individuals like us who are a product of the High Values American Exceptionalism School which also minted our people like General Mattis

This Dedication to solid principles of personal intrinsic beliefs form the layers of willful mental integrity that are manifested in a loyal, honor bound sense of character and duty

In my mind ….nothing is ever about me personally

….its is about others and how my sense of self can serve them

Yet for that to work, you must be consistent.

One of the things that troubles me the most about people is how inconsistent they are and how easily their tepid principles are washed away

This precisely what both our allies and adversaries observe as the major character flaw in the America Persona

I scratch my head and openly ask my many circles of ethnic tribes

What did our mother’s feed us that we turned out so vastly different than the weaken dissociative mainstream culture?

Both Donald and Joe are a product of this unprincipled persona where they placed their own self-benefit, pleasure and lust for power before any level of high idealism.

Joe & Donald are corrupt in their own distinct manner and neither can hold a candle next to the bright light of someone like a General Mattis

Thank God we still retain this type of leadership in American Society for this Consciousness is the only thing that keeps our allies calm and our enemies up at night.

Forgive me if I’m harsh but we sit at a critical moment in General Mattis's opinion with the looming threat of World War III ?in the next three to five years

…for our enemies know that we direct our foreign policy not on the basis of sound strategic principles but purely on the fugit results of the next coming presidential election

Our foreign policy is much more a practice of Focus Group data in which we attempt to probe into the minds of voters than a cogent set of objectives to influence world events.

Yet Team Biden …got to give them credit for one thing

They sure know how to play the political game so much better than the hamstrung GOP who are always a day late and many dollars short

Team Biden’s current calculation

Arab-American Voters in Michigan are far more important than our steady-only Mideast alliance with Israel

Team Biden is super smart as they understand that Arab-American Voters are all linked in a tight familiar – relational connection

Arab- American Michigan Voters have many relationships with voters in critical swing states like Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina

This is due to the national network of their religious affiliations.

…that are national associations of churches and mosques all under a united collective leadership for well over a one hundred and twenty years

….that has through these interactions on the most basic familiar relational nature --- everyone and I mean everyone--- knows everyone else

I arrived in San Francisco – checked into my hotel in Union Square and went out for a walk

…my first stop was an antique shop.

The owner was speaking Arabic …we greeted and conversed

…the bottom line here

…within a five minute conversation this man whom I just met knew dozen upon dozens of people in common

…we exchanged phone number, linked on social media and were now new friends

..these Arab-American voters are not going to even consider him as these are astute, highly principled people that ascribe to investing themselves in leadership that is loyal

…not fair-weather friends like Scranton Joe

My other daughter was at an event with Christian and Islamic women who decried the 40,000 plus dead in Gaza and the Administration ineptness as children died

..no one there was voting for Joe and many not for Donald who is seen as repugnant, offensive disrespectful man—just so vile, wicked, depraved

…In November these voters will sit on their hands and vote for No One

So where does this leave our Focus Group Foreign Policy Strategy ?

Totally ineffective in achieving its powerplay domestic objectives and supporting our strategic partnerships alliances.

There is a cultural divide in their country for sure in which those that seek temporary gain have no understanding or consideration of its long-term impact

We are becoming an undependable ally that delights our enemies who operate from the position of willful strength that General Mattis spoke about

Our foreign policy should be easy

?

America is your best friend and America is your worse enemy

It saddens me at times that I’ve retired to my pastoral life in beautiful New Hampshire

The collection of fools that advise our Leadership Class continue to lead them down the primrose path to future failures ?
