Jesus, includes US in His prayer! Who says the US isn't mentioned in the Bible? It's right in the Lord's prayer. (truth be known, the USA is not even a side note, no mention whatsoever of the USA in the end times prophecies of the Bible)
Seriously though, I love the term US. Us of America. Right wing, left wing, we are all part of the same bird. We are Americans. Us means that we all are together in this.
The best boss I ever had, military, ministry or otherwise was a girl. Her name is Sandy Fitzgerald. I met Sandy when she was just a little high school chick working part time as a switchboard operator of the dealership I was to work at. Now she owns a part of the same car dealerships on the eastern shore of Maryland, part of the Pohanka group (the same dealer, 40 years later).
As a salesman, and later on as a sales-manager, I would find myself in some extremely difficult predicaments. Whenever I would go to her (by now she was my General Manager), either with a business or personal problem, her answer would invariably be, 'Oh No! What do WE do now???' It was never just me, it was always US. That really endeared me to her, and I am sure everyone else felt the same way.
The US (and US as well) is in an extremely difficult predicament as a country. These recent events on the news seems to have turned the US into a powder keg. 'Oh No! What are We going to do now?? ' Arguing about it in facebook isn't going to help. Hating doesn't do anything except poison the carrier. Besides that there is no room for haters on either side. Too many in both parties as it is.
Anyone can hate. Anyone can turn a deaf ear to injustice. Few personally are willing to be a part of the solution. Just pointing out evil is not doing God's will. It doesn't require faith to be a problem finder. If a welfare mom or crack addict can't take care of a baby, maybe we should offer to take care of the baby instead of leaving 'mom' feeling like she has other no option except to murder it.
We (US) need to provide reasonable alternatives to abortions for those who see no way out. We need to put our money where our mouth is. We could receive these babies or help the moms take care of them. We are the solution because we have the solution.
Christians must love people who do not agree with them. We need to pray for those who reject Christ, they are deceived.
2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
While these deceived people still have one breath of life in them, I strongly believe that there is still hope for their salvation. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. God is merciful to those who ask Him to forgive them. Believers do not have the option of not loving anyone. Hate shouldn't even be associated with us. The only acceptable action of a Christian is love and stability.
We should all pray... to Our Father, to Give US today wisdom, love, compassion and mercy for one another. We can eat tomorrow but we really need to fix the dilema we are in today! The whole world is watching US. We as a country, have a lot of enemies already. These latest events however have the majority of the world really disgusted with US.
I love it that Jesus says US. He is included in US. He is saying, 'Oh No! What are WE going to do?' (Although He already knows). But the point is, Jesus is part of US! He is concerned. When He walked among men, He asked for food from His Father, and like any reasonable human being, He thanked His provider for the food once He got it.
Jesus is not aloof of our problems. He wants us to be taken care of. He loves us. He wants us to Pray to OUR Father, Jesus' and ours.
Jesus wants US to remain US.... united in love, the US of America.
God is our Father IF we are His children, saved and one with Jesus. He is partner with US (you, me and the kids we minister to) at PurHeart.
Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Speaking of children, We have got some great news for US, in spite of a few set backs already!
l believe we at PureHeart need to take ownership of the solution to this world-wide dilema of unwanted children. The biggest way I believe to fight this trend is to have a resource for the mothers as a place to give their unwanted children, or bring them in with mom as a family unit. I think some pregant ladies feel there is no way out. We constantly get handed unwanted babies as we go through our day in Nicaragua. Right now WE can't take them in,,,,, YET!
After 24 hours straight of prayer, approval from our board, agreement from our home church, lots of talk with Winnie and the rest of the staff (including the children we have already raised, 2 girls of which we will use as dorm moms) we have decided to go ahead and take in five girls once we make the house ready.
This will be phase 2 of the WinnerHome.. My cousin Becky graciously gave us the money for phase 1 a half decade ago, and has been very patient. Governmental steps and funding issues have slowed us down but now it looks like it's happening.
It won't be overnight, nor very pretty, but the WinnerHome will be a spacious and healthy environment for 5 little toddlers that we are trying to save from a pretty horrible existence and even worse future.
If you're interested, here's the plan, Lord willing;
Step 1. We are going to put up a cheap tin roof over the entire playground with a cheap concrete floor, no plants except in planters and trinity growing up the walls
Step 2. Just two huge doors on both ends of the left side of the building, forming a natural container to hold everything from the warehouse
Step 3. Once the warehouse is cleaned out, we will put in a window up stairs and access to a bathroom, thus turning the warehouse into a large dormitory for the girls. Step
4. We need a bigger vehicle. Our 14 year old tucscon is on it 's last leg, and won't legally hold Winnie, me and 5 girls.
Once all of that is done we are ready to bring in the little girl toddlers. It will take time and we need to raise a lot to of money to do this (est expenses will be a little over 19,000 dollars PLUS 15,000 for a used van, and also keeping on paying our 4000+ p/m basic operating expenses which will increase with housing 6-7 more people when the construction is completed)
Thats what the Lord we believe showed us, but we are always open to opinions and advice!

Jesús, nos incluye a nosotros en su oración! Nuestro! A mi me encanta el término US ( nosotros). Suena como USA. Significa que estamos juntos en esto.
El mejor jefe que he tenido, militar o no, era una chica. Sandy Angello Fitzgerald. Conocí a Sandy cuando ella era solo una peque?a chica de secundaria que trabajaba a tiempo parcial como operador de telefónica del auto lote donde trabajaba. Ahora es due?a de los mismos concesionarios de automóviles en la costa este de Maryland, parte del grupo Pohanka (el mismo concesionario, 40 a?os después).
Como vendedor, y luego como gerente de ventas, me encontraría en algunos problemas extremadamente difíciles. Cada vez que acudía a ella (ya que ella era mi Gerente General), ya fuera por un problema comercial o personal, su respuesta siempre sería: '?Oh No! ???Que hacemos ahora???'
Nunca fui solo yo, siempre fue Nuestro Problema. Eso realmente me hizo quererla, y estoy seguro de que todos los demás sintieron lo mismo.
Los Estados Unidos (y también nosotros) se encuentran en una situación extremadamente difícil como país. Estos eventos recientes en las noticias parecen haber convertido a los Estados Unidos en un barril de pólvora. '?Oh no! ??Qué vamos a hacer ahora?? 'Discutir sobre eso en facebook no va a ayudar. Odiar no hace nada excepto envenenar al portador. Además de que no hay espacio para los que odian a ambos lados. Demasiados en ambas partes como es.
Cualquiera puede odiar, esta es alguien que no es un cristiano. Cualquiera que no sea creyente en Dios puede hacer oídos sordos y alentar el sonido del llanto de los inocentes. En la antigüedad usaban tambores y címbalos para ahogar los gritos de los asesinados para que los espectadores no se sintieran mal. Ahora la gente usa puras y vítores para hacer lo mismo. Supongo que sus bocas son más grandes ahora o algo así. Su oposición (nosotros) también somos culpable porque la mayoría de nosotros no estamos personalmente dispuestos a ser parte de la solución.
Solo se?alar que el mal no es hacer la voluntad de Dios. No requiere la fe para se?alar problemas. Si una mamá pobre o adicta no puede cuidar a un bebé, debemos cuidar al bebé en lugar de dejar que 'mamá' lo asesine. Satanás odia a los ni?os en caso de que no lo haya notado.
Nosotros debemos proporcionar alternativas razonables al aborto para aquellos que no ven dónde salir. Necesitamos poner nuestro dinero donde está nuestra boca. Debemos recibir a estos bebés o ayudar a las mamás a cuidarlos. Lo más importante es amar a la oposición y a los que intentan asesinar y vender partes del cuerpo de los bebés masacrados. Necesitamos orar por ellos, están enga?ados.
2 Tesalonicenses 2:10 y con toda maldad de injusticia en los que perecen; porque no recibieron el amor de la verdad, para que sean salvos. 11 Y por esta causa, Dios les enviará un gran enga?o, para que crean una mentira: 12 Para que sean condenados todos los que no creyeron la verdad, pero se complacieron en la injusticia.
Estas personas son enga?adas. Dios es Dios de misericordia. Todos hemos pecados. Si aún tienen un aliento de vida en ellas, creo firmemente que todavía hay esperanza para su salvación. Todos hemos pecados. Todos estamos distituidos de la gloria de Dios! Dios siempre tiene misericordia para aquellos que piden perdon sinceremente.
Todos debemos orar ... a Nuestro Padre, para darnos hoy sabiduría, amor, compasión y misericordia para con los demás. Podemos comer ma?ana, ?pero realmente necesitamos arreglar el dilema en el que estamos hoy!
El mundo entero nos está mirando en los EEUU. Ya tenemos muchos enemigos, pero este último voto político tiene a la mayoría del mundo realmente disgustada con los Estados Unidos.
A mi me encanta que Jesús diga NOSOTROS. él está incluido en nosotros. él está diciendo, ?Oh No! ?Qué vamos a hacer? (Aunque ya lo sabe). ?Pero el punto es que Jesús es parte de nosotros! Está preocupado por nosotros y nuestras problemas. Cuando caminó entre los hombres, pidió comida a su Padre y, como cualquier ser humano razonable, le agradeció a su proveedor por la comida.
Jesús no está al margen de nuestros problemas. él quiere que nos cuiden. él nos ama. él quiere que oremos a NUESTRO Padre, el de Jesús y el nuestro. Jesús quiere que nosotros permanezcamos NOSOTROS ... unidos en amor.
Dios es nuestro Padre SI somos sus hijos, salvos y uno con Jesús
Romanos 8:17. Y si hijos, también herederos; herederos de Dios, y herederos conjuntos con Cristo; si es que sufrimos con él, para que también podamos ser glorificados juntos.
Hablando de ni?os, ?tenemos buenas noticias para NOSOTROS. A pesar de algunos contratiempos, creo que PureHeart tome posesión de la solución de este dilema mundial de ni?os no deseados. La mejor forma para luchar contra esta tendencia es tener un recurso para las madres como un lugar para dar a sus hijos no deseados, o traerlos como una unidad familiar. Creo que mujeres panzonas sienten que no hay salida. Constantemente recibimos bebés no deseados mientras pasamos nuestro día en Nicaragua. En este momento no podemos aceptarlos, ?AúN!
Después de 24 horas seguidas de oración, muchas conversaciones con Winnie y el resto del personal (incluidos los ni?os que ya hemos criado, 2 ni?as de las cuales usaremos como madres de dormitorio) hemos decidido seguir adelante y recibir a cinco ni?as una vez preparamos la casa ,,,
?Gracias! todos ustedes contribuyeron mucho ,,,,
No será de la noche a la ma?ana, no será muy bonito, pero será espacioso y un entorno saludable para 5 ni?os peque?os que estamos tratando de salvar de una existencia bastante horrible e incluso peor futuro
Si estás interesado, aquí está el plan, si Dios quiere;
Paso 1. Vamos a colocar un techo de hojalata barato en todo el patio de recreo con un piso de concreto barato, sin plantas, excepto en macetas y trinidades que crecen en las paredes
Paso 2. Solo dos puertas enormes en ambos extremos del lado izquierdo del edificio, formando un contenedor natural para guardar todo desde el almacén
Paso 3. Una vez que se haya limpiado el almacén, colocaremos una ventana en las escaleras y accederemos a un ba?o, convirtiendo el almacén en un dormitorio grande para las ni?as.
Una vez hecho todo eso, estamos listos para traer a las ni?as peque?as. Tomará tiempo y necesitamos recaudar una gran cantidad de dinero para hacer esto (gastos est, poco más de 19,000 dólares MáS en el pago de más de 4000 p / m gastos operativos básicos que aumentarán con la vivienda de 6 a 7 personas más cuando la construcción está terminada)
?Eso es lo que el Se?or que creemos nos mostró, pero siempre estamos abiertos a las opiniones y consejos!
