Leading EHS service provider expands CaaS model into Indiana market with recent acquisition
Excelsior, MN – April 1, 2024 - U.S. Compliance (USC), a national provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) services, announced today that it has acquired Industrial Safety and Environmental Services (ISES), a regional leader in EHS consulting based in Elkhart, Indiana. The acquisition will enable USC to offer its innovative Compliance as a Service (CaaS) model to ISES's clients and expand its presence in the Great Lakes Region (IN, OH & MI).
USC's CaaS model is a transformational approach to EHS compliance that combines expert consulting, cloud-based software, and ongoing support to help clients achieve and maintain compliance, reduce risk, and improve performance. USC's CaaS model is designed to be flexible, scalable, and cost-effective, allowing clients to access the level of service they need, when they need it.

ISES was founded in 2005, Jason Demeter and Justin Finger, are co-owners of the business.
