US- Chronic Disease Indicator

A survey of chronic disease data in different states in the US aims to gather information about the prevalence and incidences of disease. This survey helps health authorities understand Chronic diseases in different states in the US. Data was collected from NYSS, PRAMS, and CMS-like sources.

KPIs

State-wise patients number in millions:

The bar graph shows each state number of patients in millions.

It shows the difference from state to state. ?Some state has more number of patients in California, New York, Ohio. Some state has less number of patients like Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota and Nevada.

California has highest number of patients.

Chronic disease data in which year occur:

This graph shows data about in which year the chronic diseases occur mostly. It also shows in which year the disease start and end of disease occur. It also represents the maximum occurrence of disease in which year.

Number of patients hospitalized for chronic diseases:

Below diagram is showing total number of patients are hospitalized for a particular chronic disease. It differs from disease to disease like highest number of patients hospitalized for pulmonary diseases. Patients hospitalized for cardiac diseases are medium level. Large number of people are hospitalized due to diabetes and cancer.

Crude Prevalence:

It contains parameters like crude prevalence, average annual crude rate, crude rate, and total aggregate numbers of these parameters. Age-adjusted prevalence and age-adjusted rate. ?

Conclusion:

The data provided was chronic disease data, which shows the distribution of different diseases in different states in the US. It also gives the number of patients hospitalized due to chronic diseases. It also shows the year in which the number of patients is more or less.
