US 2024 Presidential Elections between Trump, RFK, Jr. & Tim Mellon - Pay to Play Politics & Questions Which Need Answering

The US used to have the most transparent and democratic election processes, and be the most efficient, honest, and respected country in the world. However, in past 60 years it has progressively become as bad as the banana republics Americans have always looked down upon, but happily exploited when they wished a regime change in these countries.

Corporate controlled press and IT social media platforms

The press and social media are fixated on stories involving party politics, polling data, and opining of the ‘experts’ while they are completely ignoring how the system is being manipulated by advisors, staffers, volunteers, friends, families, and high wealth donors which have been throwing $90B at election campaigns in the past 25 years in order to ‘buy’ the White House and Congress. Miriam Adelson, an Israeli who became an American billionaire by marrying Las Vegas casino owner, Sheldon Adelson, openly admits that she will “stop at nothing ” to assure that Trump wins the presidential election. While ‘having it all’ feminist Miriam is not doing anything that the American billionaires have been getting away with for generations. And, she may justify her actions as ‘habitual custom’ in a country she openly criticizes, while pledging her allegiance to Israel. However, she has failed to understand that discretion is the better part of valor!!

The manner in which high wealth individuals have been controlling the American government by buying candidates and election campaigns in tandem with the creation of thousands of think tanks, non-profits, and lobbying firms in DC since the 1950s[1] is exposed by investigative reporters, Jane Mayer in her book, Dark Money: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right (2016), and Whitney Webb in her 2022 book, One Nation Under Blackmail: The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Crime that Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein. However, the American ruling-elite have become so decadent and greedy that those who manipulate the system are admired and even given awards, promotions, and donor money for fraudulent non-profits, rather than held to Account.

In the Washington Beltway alone there are 15,836 nonprofits which employ 266,191 people, generate $48B in annual revenues, and hold assets of $154B[2]. The people who work in these non-profits, apart from being perpetrators of labor rights violations, substantially contribute to the revenues of the $5.2B hospitality industry. This industry employs 80k workers where bullying and labor rights violation are also rampant. However, labor law lawyers only want ‘easy’ cases of non-payment to undocumented workers which is also so rampant that it provides enough income for them that they do not need to look for more difficult income sources. The situation is further complicated by a lucrative market of immigration lawyers, who are making a fortune from visa and green card processing, with no concerns about the damage being done to the country.

Even though the activity of Washingtonians is in gross violation of US federal law, victims have no recourse under the Law, while the economy continues to grow as does everyone’s debt. Even though I have been warning foreigner expats and immigrants that by supporting and financially benefiting from the corruption and unbridled greed in the city they are risking serious future legal problems under Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Practices Act (RICO), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Espionage Act of 1917, and other federal and international laws; they completely ignore my words of warning. The legal situation for multi-national children is going to be particularly problematic as the legal standards in family courts has rendered their children and grandchildren stateless rightless people. By negating the citizenship right of others, these citizens have renounced their own rights. The humanitarian crisis that is going to be created by mass deportation of foreigners in the country who have been undermining Democracy and the US Constitution in the country is going to be worse than anyone can possibly imagine.

Tim Mellon, heir to the Mellon bank fortune, is another case in point of members of oligarch families who have been manipulating American elections and government since they rose to power in the 1800s. He has donated $75M to Trump and $25M to RFK, Jr. Yet, he has completely ignored my email regarding the manner in which RFK, Jr.’s staff, volunteers, and fundraiser Tony Lyons have been sabotaging the campaign from the beginning . Like other Robber Baron families whose ancestors immigrated to the US in the 1800s, the Mellons came for the social mobility and fortunes to be made in the New World. They did not come because of any of the ideologies and principles for which the Founding Fathers fought and died during the American Revolution in the 1700s. Mellon’s stepmother, Bunny Mellon and sister, Catherine Conover Mellon Warner (1st wife of Sen. John Warner (R-VA) whose 2nd wife was Elizabeth Taylor) are both alumnae of my alma mater, Foxcroft School in Middleburg, VA .

The debutante balls, which another Foxcroft alumnae Cornelia Guest, daughter of NYC Capote Swan, C. Z. Guest , brought back into vogue with her ‘Deb of the Decade’ social media campaigns in the 1980s are as responsible for the laissez faire governance and fascination with the lifestyles of the ‘rich and famous’ in the country, as the bankruptcy-building men in their families. These balls and the elitist traditions they engender fell out of vogue in the 1960s and 70s due to the egalitarian principles the Civil Rights era established in the country which the Robber Barons had corrupted. As Prince Philips said, “the balls were bloody daft” and as Princess Margaret put it, “every tart in London is getting in” in reference to the manner in which these institutions were being used as social climbing tools by unscrupulous teenagers seeking ‘meal ticket’ husbands and parasitic lives. Cornelia was a lead ‘cheerleader’ in the cocaine-n-champagne hedonism of Reaganomics trickle down of corruption, she was not alone. All of the Robber Baron heiresses and heirs of East Coast prep schools were promoting the entitlement and narcissism of the Golden Age, as were the Kennedys and other families at the time. The Kennedy's fortune was made before and during the 1929 Crash and onset of the Great Depression, during which Andrew Mellon (Tim's grandfather) was the American Ambassador to England and the rise to power of Hitler in Germany.

Foxcroft's alumnae provides a perfect case study in how the laissez-faire governance and amorality of industrial revolution Robber Barons has left a void in commercial and political institutions, thereby allowing ‘minorities’ to take their place. However, if one examines the Wikipedia pages of all of the exclusive East Coast prep schools, which cost $65k/year these days, the profile and demographics of their ‘notable’ alumnae are filled with minorities and foreigners who have become just as amoral and corrupt as the WASPs they are seeking to overthrow, dominate, and oppress. As Louisiana State Univ. history professor points out in her book, White Trash: The 400-Year Untold History of Class in America (2017) the ‘race wars’ in the US are NOT about Race, but about Class; which Americans have defined as the accumulation of material wealth. While the Robber Barons eased their guilty conscience that their amoral lifestyle produced, by supporting generations of affirmative action and liberal immigration policies, the minorities were rising to positions of power within American institutions. However, in their new found position of power all they want is to replace and oppress the white Americans who they blame for all the world's woes and problems. ??

Not only has the board of trustees of Foxcroft been taken over by Woke feminists and LGBT factions. But, its faculty is filled with over-inflated ego PhDs who are indoctrinating another generation of narcissists, who are even more arrogant, neurotic, and narcissistic than their parents and grandparents. As I have pointed out to Moms for Liberty , the problems in American private school systems are the same as those found within public schools. However, like other women’s groups, the organization is filled with over inflated egos who do not read their emails or know how to work together; and paradoxically they are proving that matriarchal groups cannot govern, and why patriarchal societies are the predominating ones throughout history. ?

Children who go to boarding school come from very dysfunctional families. And, they need teachers and caregivers who understand and can deal with the psychological problems of these students; instead of just being interested in making lots of money (or become the Jeffrey Epsteins of the world) and the world be damned. Furthermore, only 4% of any population is above average intelligence. However, American educational systems are producing populations of 37.7% college grads and 14% with MBAs, PhDs, Esqs, and MDs. This has left a dichotomy between those with the capacity to be ‘leaders’ and those who have been made to believe that they can ‘lead’. The competitiveness and aggression that these schools have been indoctrinating into their students for generations, under the contention that they are preparing them to ‘succeed’ in a cut-throat capitalist system, has greatly damaged the country and its institutions. Furthermore, it has left these schools open to lawsuits from alumnae who have not found ‘guaranteed fame and fortune’ as promised in brochures and websites of the schools in order to justify their exorbitant fees. They are also left open to lawsuits from the American people for the damage that their alumnae have been to American society, economy and political institutions!

RFK, Jr.’s Campaign

RFK, Jr.’s presidential bid offered hope for the country, and American government. However, it has been sabotaged by his campaign manager/daughter-in-law Amaryllis Fox, fundraiser Tony Lyons, and Millennial groupie staffers and volunteers from the beginning. After Kennedy launched his bid in April 2023, I sent several emails through his campaign website with suggestions. However, I was completely ignored, as were apparently others who contacted him. I also applied for jobs with the campaign for which I am highly qualified, but never received a response (so now I have a lawsuit against the campaign for discrimination in hiring practices ). The entire fiasco provides yet another example of the damage that Woke DEI hiring practices are doing to the success of an organization. As I keep explaining in my blogs , DEI stands for Discrimination, Exclusion/Extermination, and Intimidation with labor law lawyers sitting idly by while US labor laws are grossly violated. As I explain in my blogs posted on the Kennedy Coalition website , RFK, Jr.’s siblings and cousins denouncing him as ‘dangerous’ do not want him stealing their limelight or power in Washington’s ever-growing economy (which in 2001 was $332B, grew to $421B by 2008, and continued to grow to $580.5B in 2022).

Furthermore, I was in contact with Tony Lyons on LinkedIn, and sent Skyhorse publishing a book proposal which provides a synopsis of my research and the problems and obstacles I have encountered in my activism work. However, again I was ignored and never received a response. Furthermore, I recently received an email notification from Kennedy’s Team claiming that Americans are being targeted in deportation from England if they violate social media censorship laws in the country; and that by voting for Kennedy then somehow, miraculously the Rights of Americans abroad would be protected and defended.[i] I responded to the email with the following response, ?

I have been unable to verify that Americans are being targeted by this policy in the press. However, if they are being targeted, then you have an?Obligation to Act and instruct them to:?

1. Contact the American consulate in London, and IN WRITING solicit assistance in assuring that their RIGHTS are upheld in ALL judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. Consulates have the ability to uphold the Rights of Americans abroad under the Vienna Convention of Consular Relations, 1964. And, the Amer. govt. has the Responsibility to do so under their R2P.?

2. Contact their Congressional representative in DC, which can be determined by where they have lived for long periods of time, last place of residence, where they own property, pay taxes, have state issued IDs, or residence of family members. The legal issues here are similar to those being raised by the RIDICULOUS politically?motivated case against him in NY courts in order to disqualify him from the ballot. And, in light of what has transpired in NY courts, I am obviously more well versed on these issues than the over priced lawyers who handled RFK, Jr's case.??

I, along with other victims of the courts have been amassing cases of Freedom of Speech issues for the intl. courts as human rights violations for decades, And we have finally found a lawyer who has submitted our grievances to the Intl. Trump’s Campaign

In 2022, I contacted America First Legal informing them that Biden’s 2021 report, “Domestic Violent Extremism Poses Heightened Threat in 2021 ,” which was being used against Trump and his Jan. 6th supporters, could also be used against his adversaries. I have been researching and examining the ideologies and rhetoric of the feminists and minoritists for the past 16 years. America First Legal could have completely destabilized Trump’s adversaries in the Democratic Party. They would have been so busy running around like chicken’s with their head cut off, that they would not have had the time or resources to attack Trump. Instead, the #MeToo feminists have gone on the offensive with malicious litigation in NYC, while the press has been milking the story for all its worth.

I also contacted the lawyers representing the Jan. 6th supporters who have been targeted by DC prosecutors and FBI, with suggestions on how they might defend their clients in the courts and press. However, they have also ignored my emails, including William Shipley from Hawaii, who has represented several dozen of targeted demonstrators . Shipley criticizes defendants for bowing down to plea deals. However, he, nor any of the other lawyers involved have made a concerted effort to explain to the courts or press why defendants were at Trump’s rally or the Capitol that day. Instead of publicly supporting defendants, Trump just makes promises to pardon them once elected. Unfortunately, this is a grave tactical error, because it provides his adversaries with ammunition against him with accusations that he is a fascist dictator willing to thwart the law. Furthermore, abandoning defendants to their own demise with court appointed lawyers (who are employed by a Woke controlled DC government), is BAD PR for Trump. Everyone focuses on Crisis management, instead of Crisis prevention.

Family court reform activists have been lobbying Congress for decades about the problems in the courts, only to be ignored and denigrated by Congressional members and their staffers. The ones who have been inciting violence is Congress itself! I have been calling for a dissolution of Congress for over a decade, pointing to the American government’s claim in Gonzales Lenahan vs. USA, 2011 (Inter-American Commission on Human Rights) that they do not have ‘control’ of state and local level governments. If they claim they do not have ‘control’ of the Republic, then their entire raison d’être ceases to exist!!! The city of Washington was created in 1790 in order to SERVE the American People. Since the 2008 financial collapse the DC Metro population has grown from 4.4M to 5.5M, and according to the UN it will grow to 6.1M by 2035 . It makes no difference who is elected into the White House, because the corruption and greed is so ingrained into society, that Washingtonians (and American ruling-elite) will stop at nothing to maintain the ‘too big to fail’ ever-growing economy. Since the 2008 financial collapse good money has been thrown after bad, and nothing has been done to address the fundamental problems in banking systems and financial markets which is rampant Greed and Corruption. ?

In the aftermath of the Jan. 6th attack on the Capitol, I contacted Steven Sund , Capitol Hill’s Chief of Police who resigned the day after the incident, and Gus Papathanasiou, Chairman of Capitol Hill Police Labor Union . As I told them, they have a legal and moral Obligation to start questioning Congress about how their negligence and refusal to listen to constituents is putting the lives of Capitol Hill police in danger. When I began working on the Hill in 1981, there were no security measures at all. That began to change after the 1983 bombing by a group of militant feminists, whose sentence were commuted by Bill Clinton the day he left office in 2001. Also, back in the 1980s staffers were polite and courtesy to constituents, instead of being the snot nose, entitled brats that permeate Congressional offices these days. There are MANY unanswered questions about the prosecution of Trump’s Jan. 6th demonstrators in DC courts which need to be answered by the courts, prosecutors and the FBI. ?

I am not a fan of Trump and his politics. However, just like everyone else he has the Right of due process! The only thing that the Democrats are accomplishing by attacking him with malicious litigation in NYC courts is to garnish sympathy and support for Trump by people who are sick and tired of the feminists and their #MeToo movement. As I pointed out in the cases against Prince Andrew and Gov. Andrew Cuomo , the feminists will stop at nothing to destroy and replace the men in power. And, by allowing the system to continue unchallenged, EVERY man puts himself at risk of accusations of sexual misconduct. While the sexual revolution may have provided men with sexually promiscuous and amoral women; they have condemned their daughters to a life of whoring in the process. They have also condemned their sons to be bullied, emasculated, and continually enraged by the women around them. As the UN report, “In depth study on all forms of violence against women,” explains, it is the women who maintain the violence of the men through norms and customs, and the current situation is a perfect example. Of course, this begs the question of WHY all of the men in power are protecting and defending the pests and terrorists in their midst?!?

Regardless, of what the polls currently state, Trump will most likely win against Kamala Harris. However, the Democrats are not going to accept losing the election any more than the Republicans will accept losing. Unfortunately, whichever way it goes, the country is headed towards armed conflict and bloodshed because no one ever reads or responds to emails or wants to face REALITY.

We are witnessing a profound and alarming shift in global governance—a shift that threatens the very foundation of freedom and democracy. Today’s authoritarianism knows no boundaries, and its reach is expanding at an unprecedented pace.

Recently, London’s Metropolitan Police Chief declared an intention to pursue international extradition requests against anyone who violates British social media censorship rules—even targeting American citizens .

Such actions are not isolated incidents; they are part of a broader agenda by elites who seek to control what we can read, see, and hear.?

They justify this censorship by labeling dissenting voices as “misinformation,” “hate speech,” “far-right,” or “extremist.”?These labels are wielded as weapons to silence opposition and stifle free expression.?

Throughout history, totalitarian regimes have begun their reigns of terror with censorship. The suppression of free speech has often been the precursor to greater atrocities. It starts with silencing dissent, manipulating information, and instilling fear in those who dared to speak the truth.

This pattern is disturbingly familiar, and we must recognize it for what it is: a prelude to oppression.
