UROTAAR is a Cultural NGO, working since 3rd April’13, Our main arena of expertise being in Street Theatre, we are trying to imply it in various forms of Art & Activities for Social & Cultural Awareness. Along with, we are also working with Short Films & Documentaries, Handicrafts, Art Works & Installation, Cultural Event Organizing, Online Promotions & many more.

With a team involving people with Fresh ideas & experiences, till date we have achieved:
14 StreetPlay Productions
149 Performances across 7 states of India
2 Short Films
6 Cultural Events comprising various Art Forms
2 Exhibitions of Paintings & Sketches
Multiple Theatre Workshops
Multiple Online promotions
and the above numbers are increasing regularly.

After all these milestones and besides our other activities, we are now focusing on the proper awareness and support on:-

Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
Expansion of Internal Team.

One of the most contemporary definitions is from the World Bank Group, stating, “Corporate social responsibility is the commitment of businesses to contribute to sustainable economic development by working with employees, their families, the local community and society at large, to improve their lives in ways that are good for business and for development”.

We are planning for a direct communication with Corporates from UROTAAR, regarding CSR Support. We need candidates from BSW / MSW / BBA / MBA. We believe fresh-newcomers can get better exposure through this internship & understand the socio-economy in large scale.

Internship Description:-
15 (marketing) + 5 (hr) candidates
Internship duration 75 days (flexible).
4-5days in a week.
Getting proper ideas on CSR & identifying the target Sectors / Companies from Kolkata.
Visiting the Companies, meeting the concerned persons.
Introducing Urotaar & its activities, projecting the importance of CSR & what Support they can get from Urotaar
Generating prospective leads to mentors.

Beneficiaries:-
Certification after completion of the Internship.
A genuine Socio–Corporate experience with Socio-Cultural Elements.
Remuneration from the converted leads.
Further Scope to explore Socio-Cultural instincts within oneself.
After Internship chances to continue with Urotaar.
