UROS Group appoints Pekka Suhonen as Vice President, M&A

It is my absolute pleasure to announce that Pekka Suhonen has joined UROS as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions. I welcome him to the team on behalf of the entire company.

Pekka is a valued expert in his field, with more than 25 years of experience in managing and advising complex cross-border M&A and International Tax & Legal. Prior to joining UROS, Pekka was Managing Partner at Carelia Fidelity, and has been Chairman of the Board at several companies.

In addition to his legal knowledge, Pekka also has an impressive cultural and linguistic ability, including German, Russian, Swedish, Finnish and English.

UROS Group’s strategic goal is to grow profitably. This appointment will complement our strong organic growth with a boost for future opportunities of M&A.

Pekka is based at UROS’ Switzerland and Luxembourg locations.
