Urgently looking out for -Manager Finance & Accounting.

Key Tasks Responsibilities:

Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial discipline, financial control policies and procedures in consultation with the Top Management.

Preparing financial budget by establishing schedules; collecting, analysing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.

Assisting Top Management in ensuring that operations are being managed as per the budgetary limits by identifying and notifying variances.??

Ensuring healthy cash flow / margins through vigilance over timely payment collections, appropriate fund management and avoiding blockage of financial resources.

Updating sales teams on pending collections, financial viability and performance of sales deals and suggesting appropriate actions to avoid loss of margins/bad debts.

Preparing a schedule of statutory compliance {covering various submissions towards RBI, sales tax, income tax, excise, PF, Service tax, ROC, CA and other statutory authorities} and ensuring that the compliances are completed accurately and timely with zero incidences of penalties, fines and defaults.

Educational Qualifications/Exp.

CA / MBA Finance/ Mcom with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience

Good knowledge of accounting, finance, banking transaction, costing and business knowledge.
