Interview:?Coding Test + F2F interview

This is hybrid from day-1 (Need only local candidates)

Description:

Biggest thing will be confidence with reading code and implementing changes.

These roles (there are 2) could even do some developing.

Role:

Develop test plans from high level design documents Write/execute functional, integration and?User Acceptance Testing?(UAT) tests Review traces/logs to ensure all test paths were covered

Conduct root cause analysis to create detailed defects the development teams can quickly address Identify and remove all blockers to ensure all testing is completed on time Work with the?QA team?to move tests to the regression suite

Can understand complex systems and identify and design automated and manual test scenarios to strengthen existing test coverage.
