Job Title: Sr. Executive - Training & Curriculum Design.
Location: Mumbai
Experience:
? 3-5 years of experience in a progressive firm.
? Experience in Curriculum / training content design
? Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
? Design thinking capabilities will be a plus.
Education:
? Bachelor’s in any Discipline, Pref (English (H), Psychology)
? Post Graduate Degree in HR (with concentration in Training)/
? Diploma in T&D or any Training Certification preferred/
? Train the Trainer Certification preferred
? Excellent Communication Skill.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Training Curriculum Design
i. Conceive & Design the content for creation of training modules, e-learning, collateral, and other training material.
ii. Assist & develop impactful training sessions that meet the business objective of delivering exemplary training.
iii. Assess and create training aids, activities to aid innovative training delivery.
iv. Collaborate with Subject matter experts to incorporate technical competency in the training content and develop programs as per the unique requirements of each department.
b. Training planning
i. Partner with the Head – Training & Development, to implement Training sessions for internal / external trainings.
ii. Collate Training needs, personal development plans, program priorities, etc.
c. Trainer Assessment and evaluation
i. Assist the Head – T&D in assessing and measuring program, feedback from trainees and delivery quality of trainers to ensure continuous improvement.
d. Knowledge Building
i. Maintain knowledge in the department, keeping it up to date with the latest training practices, trends, and technology.
ii. Research and Collate relevant content, images, and methodology to give a fresh approach to the modules / sessions to be built in future.
