Urgent Hiring for Business Manager ?(North India ) with Denave India Pvt Ltd for one of our client (Glass industry leader ).

Job Location – Noida

Salary – Negotiable

Experience required – Building materials ?-Glass , Plywood ,Paint, cement ,Marvel ?Etc.

Share Self JCP (Journey Plan ) ?to PM by 30th of every month & visit as per JCP

Coordinate with TSI (Territory Sales In charge) ?and ensure TSI JCP and beat plans

Assign Targets and KPIs and Supporting TSI on the execution as required

Engaging with the Key Influencers and Sub-Dealers in his territory and Driving their consistency towards Promotional Programs

Executing activities to increase Sub-Dealer universe and Identify new potential markets and plan for Activities

Driving tools adoption and ensure program hygiene and timely reporting

Joint Visit with TSI, Observation of Live performance, Sales Pitching, Customer Handling, etc. Giving On spot feedback for improvement, Coaching, Mentoring, and Help to resolve queries and grievances (if any)

Capture details about Visit, TSI Hygiene, sales collaterals, grooming, Scheme related issues, Dealer or retailer feedback and report back to PM and SG

Share feedback with Trainer on product knowledge of TSI.

Ensure 100% attendance of TSI is marked through Tools daily

If TSI is on leave, ASM's to escalate the same to PM and SG over the phone or emails

Attrition:

Proactively identify attrition & inform PM on same

Map your territory to maintain an additional TSI pool- References as backup

Discuss Journey Cycle Plan, Target Vs. Achievement, TSI Performance with PM

Share immediate concerns regarding Market issues, Dealer issues, Stocks & Branding with SG on a daily/weekly basis.

Coordinating with Field Team and Wholesalers
