Ideal Candidate

• Strong Technical Recruiter (Cloud, Cybersecurity) Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) - 4+ YOE experience in Technical Recruitment. (Strong exposure to different Technologies and Tech Hiring is Mandatory)
• Preferred (Experience) - Experience in recruiting for Cybersecurity roles, with a solid understanding of the necessary skills and certifications in the field.
• Mandatory (Skills 1) - Relevant Experience in recruiting for Cloud technologies, including roles related to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Mandatory (Company) - Product Company Only

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market intelligence and recommendations on possible search approaches or candidate requirements.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward with in the recruitment process.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, job sites and social networking platforms using different searches like Boolean.
